Final Touch Commercial Cleaning has been women-owned and operated since the beginning. FTCC was established in 1985 with a mop and broom by one woman, Oklahoma native Sandra Mullins. More than 35 years later, nothing thrills our leadership team more than knowing that we’ve grown to employ 250 valuable team members responsible for cleaning over 10 million square feet of business space for a variety of industries.
At FTCC, we treat your building like it’s our own, providing you with cleaning services tailored to meet your facility needs. If your business needs it—we notice. And after your floors are polished and carpets are cleaned, one of our on-site supervisors inspects the work for quality control and completion. That way, if something is amiss, we catch and correct it so you don’t have to.
Each year, FTCC’s vice president attends the worldwide cleaning industry association conference (ISSA), a national trade show that allows us to stay on the cutting edge of cleaning technology and chemicals. After the annual trade show, we purchase only the best commercial cleaning chemicals and equipment from different vendors. That way, you can rest assured that your cleaning services are not only tailored to your needs, but they’re also completed using the best state-of-the-art equipment and supplies in the industry.
FTCC has over 250 employees responsible for cleaning more than 10 million square feet of business space. Our staff is fully trained on proper OSHA standards and techniques and biohazard and safety precautions. After our employees are trained, they’re under direct supervision until FTCC supervisors are confident that they understand all safety requirements and possess the ability to perform their required duties. Owner & President
A graduate of the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Sandra Mullins started FTCC with only a mop and a broom in 1985. Today, she oversees a workforce of over 250 staff members specializing in general cleaning services for schools, places of worship, manufacturing facilities, banks, community centers, and corporate offices. Sandra has also been a member of Tulsa Rotary Club since 1995 and a member of the Tulsa Executives Association since 2004.
Vice President
With 23 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, Jackie Vu serves as the VP of FTCC. From floors and equipment to chemicals, her expertise is unmatched. Jackie is also our company representative for ISSA, so she’s on the cutting edge of technology and innovation in our industry. Jackie also oversees new and existing client relations and manages over 10 million square feet of cleaning nightly.
Vice President of Sales
With over 15 years of sales and customer service experience, Brooke is committed to excellence as our VP of sales. She coordinates with and manages over 200 staff members and 15 supervisors nightly. Brookes continues to exceed customer expectations and goes the extra mile for our clients. She’s also a co-chair for the Miss Oklahoma Little Stars program to help support local children’s hospitals.
Vice President of Client Relations
Lindsay graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Broadcast with a focus in Public Relations and has been with FTCC since 2009. As our VP of client relations, she’s an asset in client satisfaction and customer service, serving as an account manager for our facilities. Lindsay is also an associate member of Tulsa Executives Association.
Human Resources Director, SHRM-SCP
Chelsea has worked with FTCC since 2014 and brings a wealth of HR experience. Chelsea is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. As a member of Tulsa Young Professionals and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Chelsea loves being a part of the community. With over 10 years as a project coordinator, she implements her expertise daily to make smooth transitions for our clients.
Director of Operations
With 10 years of customer service experience and five in Operations Management with us, Madi continues to reach goals and exceed expectations as FTCC’s director of operations. From client relations to hiring to purchasing, Madi’s high level of service is unmatched in the commercial cleaning industry. In addition to managing employees, she also oversees some of Oklahoma’s most prestigious accounts. Madi continues to earn the respect of her peers and is a true asset to our company.

The FTCC team is passionate about giving back to the community by supporting local charities. We donate to a wide range of community partners near and dear to our hearts, from the Tulsa Boys’ Home to Cleaning for a Reason. Not only do we donate our hard-earned money, but we also donate our time by offering our cleaning services to local charities—at no cost.
